Hobbs Farm Allotments and Garden Society was formed in 2011 following the generous provision of land by Pat Stancomb who provided the land at a peppercorn rent for 25 years.

The site at Hobbs Farm is between Yapton on the B2132 (Bilsham Road) and the double bend at ‘Hobbs Farmhouse’ north of Middleton's Comet Corner, it is called ‘Lamb Field’. The land is about four to five acres.

The Allotments are owned by Ford, Middleton on Sea, and Clymping Parish Councils.

The association is managed by a committee of Allotment holders elected annually at an AGM.

The first AGM was held on the 20th January 2012

A guide to charges for plots and deposit see rules page.

Applicants must reside in Ford, Middleton on Sea. or Clymping.
